This hand painted waiter (serving tray) has a fascinating history. The back reads "Edgerly Homestead, Pleasant Valley, Wolfeborough, N.H., built 1840 by Jos. Edgerly". Found in a thrift store in South Carolina in 2018, it was given to the present homeowners, thanks to a very thoughtful purchaser and the advantages of social media. See the next photo of the back.
