Wolfeboro Historical Society Photograph Archive Houses North Main St Houses

This is the first house of William Rogers, built on the north side of North Main St. between the First Christian Church & the downtown bridge. The house was built c. 1779 & gone by about 1900. Photo is late 1800's. The house was also known as Deacon Rust house. William Rogers ran a meat market at various locations.
