Wolfeboro Historical Society Photograph Archive Houses North Main St Houses

This is the interior of the Charles P. Berry house on North Main St. The house was built c. 1900 & this photo is of the same period. Berry was a doctor involved in soap manufacturing. The appearance & the columns seen through the windows reflect the living standards of a doctor. Berry was one of the first private telephone subscribers in town.
