Wolfeboro Historical Society Photograph Archive Houses North Main St Houses

This is Mrs. Mabel Davis (of the Meader family) in her living room on Pleasant St., early 1900's. The room is wired for electricity including a ceiling fixture & two sconces on the fireplace mantel. The fireplace seems decorative rather than functional, as the interior bricks & birch logs are pristine. A note indicates the house is the next one up the hill from Sherman Parsons house.
