Foxville was an early name for the area around the junction of Bay St., Pine Hill Rd. & Elm St. An engine with two freight cars is chugging across the causeway which separated Front Bay and Back Bay (now known, respectively, as Back Bay & Foss Field). Copple Crown Mt. is on the left. On the right is the large shoe factory on Factory St. (now Lehner St.). Difficult to date because of the smoke & blurred background, likely c. 1900.
