Wolfeboro Historical Society Museum Tours Schoolhouse Tour

From about 1805 to 1910 this was a one room school. It also served as a church for much of that time. After 1910 it became a community center with the last public event a double wedding in 1947. It was moved here in 1959. The pictures on the piano are of steamboats on Lake Winnipesaukee. On the left is the original Mount Washington and on the right is the Governor Endicott.
