The Monitor Hose Wagon, horse-drawn, built in the 1890's, restored by the Wolfeboro Historical Society in the 1980's and now on permanent display in the Firehouse building of the Clark Museum Complex. The Monitor Hose Company shared a building in South Wolfeboro with the Monitor Engine Company. In the background is a c. 1875 Amoskeag horse-drawn steam pumper made in Manchester, on loan from the collection of Q. David and Christine Bowers.
