Wolfeboro Historical Society Photograph Archive Fire and Town Services Fire Department

Firemen fight a blaze that destroyed the Goodwin Block on Jan. 1, 1958 (this is not the same location as the massive 1899 fire - this location is behind the Bank Block between Railroad Ave. and Central Ave.). The fire started in the Beef'n Bun Restaurant. The structure was razed later that year.
