Frank B. Hutchins home at Center St. and Willow St., c. 1898. He was a prosperous businessman, owning an excelsior mill on the Smith River. Built by J. Frank Goodwin in the 1890's, the Victorian-style residence stands today as one of the most elegant residences in town and remained in the Hutchins Family until 2003. The mill pond on the Smith River is in the foreground.
