Frank B. Hutchins home at Center St. and Willow St., c. 1898. He was a prosperous businessman, owning an excelsior mill on the Smith River. Built by J. Frank Goodwin in the 1890's, the Victorian-style residence stands today as one of the most elegant residences in town and remained in the Hutchins Family until 2003.
