Wolfeboro Laundry on Center St. at Grove St., Wolfeboro Falls, early 1900's. This appears to be the original building, erected in 1894 as a dairy cooperative called the Wolfeboro Creamery. After the Creamery ceased operation in 1905, Harry E. Libby leased the building and started the Wolfeboro Laundry in 1906 (he bought the building in 1909). Operating as a commercial laundry, the one-horse wagon at the right was used for pickups and deliveries. The building burned down in 1917, was quickly rebuilt, then demolished in a boiler explosion in 1924, and again rebuilt.
