View from the junction of South Main St. and Glendon St., looking south, c. 1900. The sign is for the Hobbs-Is-Inn, on the site of the present Post Office. The first house belonged to Charles F. Parker and is now the site of the supermarket parking lot. The second house was torn down and a gas station built there, recently replaced by Citizen's Bank.
