Wolfeboro Historical Society Photograph Archive Hotels and Resorts

This house on the corner of North Main St. and Mill St. was built c. 1856, and used as a boarding house for many years. From the 1930's to 1969, it was the Colonial Arms, an inn with lodging and a restaurant. This photo is probably early 1900's. The building now has multiple stores, including Nordic Skier in the former barn on the right.
