View from North Main St., looking at downtown, c. 1885 (before Brewster Memorial Hall was built). Copple Crown Mt. on the right, Tumble Down Dick Mt. on the left. First Christian Church is the steeple on the right. The Glendon House, now the site of the Post Office, is just right of center. The Unitarian Church Steeple is just left of center, now the site of the Village Players Theater, and the large Shoe Factory is on the far left.
