Soldier's Monument, located at Pickering Corner, the junction of South Main Street and Center Street (Rt. 28 and Rt. 109). This Civil War statue has the official name of Memorial to Loyal Men of Wolfeboro. The statue was dedicated on Columbus Day, Oct. 14, 1914, with Judge Sewall W. Abbott as master of ceremonies.
