This scene is in the center of downtown, c. 1890. The building on the left is now Black's Paper Store. On the right is the Bank Block, with the buildings behind it on Railroad Ave. A railroad boxcar is on tracks behind the horse. In the foreground, just behind the horse is a hitching post with two rings to tie up the horses while shopping.
