Busy days at the town docks, c. 1916. Quite a variety of boats, including the odd small one in the foreground. Frank Hobbs owned the docks behind the Peavey Block and allowed public use, but cautioned that, in busy times, use should be restricted to short errands or passenger drop off or pick up.
