It's February 7, 1975. and the line is being cleared for "Railroad Days". Steam locomotive #250 is shoving hard on the Wolfeboro Railroad's 1902 Russell snow plow #450 as it hammers up Clow's Hill in the Lake Wentworth area. Steam and smoke billowing, snow flying, and the whistle screams a warning as the train thunders toward Frost Crossing in Cotton Vallley.
